09/10 SP Authentic box

I expected to list this in the box breaks section but the box itself yeilded one lousy hit.

I opened the box and pulled a Mikael Backlund FWA and nothing else (9 decoy/fat packs aside). Naturally I was extremely unimpressed.

I called UD about it to see how I can get the other two auto's that are supposed to be in the box. I get a guy that can't help me at all although he kept saying "I feel you" (I never realized how annoying that saying is until you hear it 8-10 times in 5 mins). He claimed a company policy that states since the product has been out for a year now that there is nothing he can do to help me at all.

Looks like the QC and CS departments have taken a very Panini approach to things.


Anyone want to buy a $150 Backlund FWA???

I would call back because that guy sounded like he didnt know what he was talking about, just because its been out for over a year doesnt mean they dont replace missing hits.

I hope you didnt pay $150 for the box though lol.

Along with what everyone else said call back, but sounds like you got a searched box. No box I have ever heard of had 9 decoys in it. Did you buy this from a reputable source, or an ebay box??

Got it at my local shop still factory sealed in UD plastic, from a reputable seller, right off the shelf.

Then yea, if you've never had a problem with him and he's a reputable dealer then UD dropped the ball. See if your owner will go to bat for you as well. Sometimes hearing it from someone who sells thousands of dollars worth of their products can be enough to sway them as well.

I had this happen to me only I got no autos, I emailed them, sent the box thing in and got a Richards SOTT Markov Rookie Review and Cal O'reilly auto a month later.

Hopefully, how ripped off of a feeling is it when your down to 2 packs and all excited because you assume both autos are there only to get nothing lol
