    we have been bidding on a few cards from this sleazy-bay seller
    and every time we get outbid by a bidder with no feedback or with 9 feedback but their bidding is 100% with the seller

    It does look like shill bidding, but it could also be he is new and is afraid he is going to lose this auction. This is why he might be putting all the bids in.

    it happens all the time. Once I find out someone is shill bidding me I move on.
