    Best Box for starter

Was thinking about to start collecting hockey cards again. What would you reccomend as a "starter box ". Box price should be as low as possible and there should be some nice cards also.

Artifacts is all but a perfect box for a starter. Always good rc, jersey, patch and auto odds. Most seem to have one low numbered hit as well.

    great value for the money

Not a fan of UD product personally but 10-11 UD series 1 is reasonably priced and the Young Guns are nice.

Regardless if your looking to spend below $70 I would go for an UD product.

ITG Decades. 3 auto, 3 game used and 3 inserts cards and for $100 or so.

You have a shot at getting some really nice short printed cards.

UD1 or UD2 as you'll get 6 YG's, 2 jerseys, and some inserts, possibly a low numbered parallel

I would probably say UD1 or UD2, closely followed by Artifacts. Quantity with 1 or 2, but if you get a realy nice box of Artifacts with some high ends, you will get hooked on the high end stuff fast!!!

I'd go for UD Series one over Series two since it seems to me the young guns in S1 have more value than S2, but if you're not looking for those I would go with Artifacts, you can get some pretty nice cards in that product!
