Anyone having this Paypal issue?

I obviously have have a positive balance as it even shows on the main page as well. But even when i try to send money, it shows my spending limit as 0.00. Basically saying theres nothing in my account.

I haven't seen that one, but I have had a temporary hold on a refund of my payment since July 1st.

Sent them a email now waiting to hear back. But i can receive money though still for sure.

I dinged my VISA good the other morning paying for 10 things within about 8 minutes....had VISA call me later that afternoon and they put my card on a freeze thinking someone was using it with the rapid succession of transactions. Good they check on that though, makes me feel a lot more secure if it ever does happen. The last one I had to wait until the next day to pay as it said "paypal cannot process this transaction at this time", but it worked no problem since.

On the other hand, after not hearing from them in the required time frame i called them up. I was told my sending was zero because my CC was expired. But here's the kicker i have only 1 CC and what they had on file wasnt the one i own and was unverified. Still cant make payments and shipping labels yet though but has been to their tech dept im told.
