    NHL Slapshot

Anyone play it? My birthday was yesterday and I got a couple of cool stuff including an Ovie home jersey (saw it at Scheels for a good price and I had to have it) and NHL Slapshot for Wii.

I gotta say...I absolutely love it and it's a huge step up from NHL 2007 played on the ol' Xbox! What's more, I love playing as the Sea Dogs due to the fact that Wild prospect, Zack Phillips, is playing for them. Also, my #1 PC guy is Nate Prosser and he just signed with the Wild in March of '10 and only saw action in two games with them that spring...but he's up with the big club in Slapshot! My only complaint is that they don't have the USHL (Sioux Falls Stampede, the local club) in their list of Junior leagues and it would also be cool to have the WCHA (Minnesota Gophers...duh! ), too. But that really isn't too big of a deal. Anyone else love this game?

Also bought a Gophers hockey sweater as a birthday present to myself in addition to a box of OPC (which yielded two hits--Paille auto and Bowman/Yzerman/Holmstrom/Lidstrom Souvenirs--that more than paid for the box ).
