    Need EBAY Help !!!!!!

Right lovely people of this forum i need your help !

Around 3 months ago i purchased 2 cards from 2 different sellers for my PCs, neither were majorly expensive but then again neither were cheap. Now this is the problem, neither card has shown upp !! I know you may say this is due to USA to UK, but they all take 1-2 weeks max and never 3 months ...

I have messaged both Ebay Sellers numerous times in the past but neither replyed to any of my messages.

Now today i came to file a complaint for item not recieved and get my money back, but i cannot find what cards they were ... when i go on purchased items, i can only look at pictures of things i won in the last 30 days .. past that all i can do is look at the title, and even if i did locate the cards title i dont even get a option to open a dispute ...

I cant remember what cards they were due to the length of period, but if i seen a picture id know which ones they were .. although this still wouldnt allow me to open a dispute

Any idea what i can do ?!??!?!?!

    See tamtalizied21's Items on eBay

    Hey bud,

Sorry to hear that. Anyhow, try to go about it this way:

Click on your Purchase History on the My Ebay tab. From there, you have the option to show recent purchases or archive purchases. Recent purchases show up to 60 days, as to archive purchases can show up to 2 years. Click on archive purchase, find the card you are looking for, and copy the auction ID number to the right of the description. From there, just go onto customer service page and enter auction ID and open a case.

I hope that helps. The main thing you need is the auction ID number so that EBay can help you track the problem.
