hey everyone...i just wanted to share a quick story with you..it has to do with a redemption i have been going crazy with for 9 months now..but i finally got it fixed..about three weeks ago i spoke with whitney from customer service about my on going redemption..( certified alexander ovechkin emerald auto numbered to 5..) i explained to her it cost me $350 for the redemption..she said to give her a few weeks and she will see what she can do as a replacement..well i called her yesterday and reminded her about our conversation..she said no problem and she put me on hold..when she came back on the phone she said..i think i have a replacement for you..well needless to say i am very happy..it's not ovy..but it will look just fine in my pc..she is sending me luxury sweets taylor hall rookie patch auto numbered 43/199..she even sent me a pic of it and she wasn't lying when she said it is a beauty!!!! it has 4 colors red/black/white/blue...so whitney?? if you happen to read this??? thank you so much you are a gem!!!!!

That's a really nice replacement. Sure it would have been great to get the low #'d Ovechkin but the Hall RC is a great card to have. Glad it all worked out for you in the end.
