Shipping to Russia
This is only my 2nd international shipment. Called and PayPal told me it must have tracking and signature confirmation. So I ask the more experienced sellers ---> what is the best way to ship to Russia with tracking and sig confirmation? I charged $30 for shipping. Thanks!

On Average, Registered Mail anywere over sea's should be around $15-$18, Now with Signature Confirmation it would very well be close to $25, I am not sure what paypal is talking about as they do not control how you ship a package when it goes over sea's or even within the US.

register mail has tracking and cost like 11.50
take it to the post office to send, i send all overseas stuff there, plus u cant fill out the forms needed through paypal when sedning overseas

charge whatever ebay or paypal guestimates the price to be, take to the p.o, and if it costs less, you can always be honest and refund the difference. That is what I do.
