The 11th Annual Kelowna Rockets Alumni Weekend begins Thursday with a golf tournament.
More than 30 Rockets alumni will be at the Harvest Golf Club Thursday with over 180 other participants taking part.

Former and current Kelowna Rockets will also hit the ice in a hockey game on Sunday at the Capital News centre as part of the annual charity event.
The Rockets Alumni Weekend is in the second year of a five-year commitment to raise $200,000 for the Kelowna General Hospital's Orthopedic ward.
Last year alone it raised $65,000.
"We're very proud of our alumni and happy they keep coming back and helping us raise money for KGH's orthopedic ward," says Anne Marie Hamilton, Rockets director of marketing.
The golf tournament includes silent and live auctions.
Shea Weber, Tyler Myers, Josh Gorges, Blake Comeau, Brandon McMillan, Tyler Spurgeon, Brett Mclean, Nolan Yonkman and Kristopher Westblom are among the alumni in attendance, while recent Rockets graduate Evan Bloodoff as well as members of the current Rockets club are also also participating.
Tickets for Sunday's hockey game are still available at Scotiabank branches through Friday and at the door on Sunday.
The game takes place at 5 p.m. at the Capital News Centre with doors opening at 4 p.m.
