Is Panini doing better?
In my opinion they're making a better effort on getting their requests done. They finally responded to me about a quality insurance ticket I filed with them back in May. I didn't receive my code for 10 virtual cards for their Adrenelyn game they had when you buy the starting kit. They finally said the other day they would mail me some packs and I just got a update saying they've mailed me 1 pack of Donruss, and 2 packs of Certified. I'm very happy they've started to make some strides in taking care of their customers. Anyone else had any luck with them?

They've done alright up to now. A few of my reds are still pending even though they have been signed. I don't quite understand why, but oh well. I also had a qa ticket open with them and they sent a card and 3 all star redemption packs. One of them contained a real nice auto'ed Skinner rookie #'ed to 9. All in all they have been good! Not stellar but alright nonetheless.

Panini has definitely had some growing pains in its inaugural year with hockey. I'll bet you'll see a vast improvement this year on quality of both products and service.
