My 1997 SP Authentic Michael Jordan Game Night Auto Expired Redemption is here!
Some of you may remember me posting about winning this card a week or so ago. The card finally got here today. I really think I got a steal of a deal on this. As we all know, 1990's RARE Michael Jordan insert cards are the hottest thing going in the basketball card universe right now. Cards numbered to 100 and more are demanding $5,000+. I know this isn't your everyday run of the mill insert and I don't expect to get anywhere near $5,000 for it, but it is a pack pulled insert of which 23 were produced. However, out of 23 of them, most of them were redeemed for the actual autographed card. From what I understand, UD gives out redemption cards in order. I have seen with my own eyes a pic of card #19/23 which would mean that there is a possibility that there are less than 4 of these out there. And it's not like UD returned the redemption with the signed card because the back of the card states that you had to sign the front of the card yourself in ink before mailing it. I'm trying to track down pictures of redeemed game night cards to see just how many of them were redeemed. Below is a pic of card #7/23. Ken Cope from here on the boards owned 2 of these and is trying to track down pics of them for me. If anybody else has pics, please let me know. I would love to get a copy of them.

I wonder if it is actually going to be worth a premium because it is rare, but either way I think it is a pretty cool card to have as part of a Jordan PC!

No problem. Im not subscribed to Worthpoint, but they have a search feature that I use to check out whats been sold on ebay in the past (I cant see what the price was but it helps with some info) and it dates back pretty far, a few years.
There was 30 pages when I searched for this Jordan, but I didnt check all 30. but yours 7/ and the above 20/ were the only ones I saw. From what Ive seen you dont really find the card your looking for in the deeper pages. But there was still pages I didnt look, just letting you know if you wanted to check.

Here is why I have a good feeling about mine. I know this card was an SP, but there are more than 23 of these and look what this redemption sold for. I now have a pic of #20/23 which would mean at least 20 of them were redeemed or given out. I understand they could have used the unredeemed ones as replacements for other autos, but I still firmly believe there are less than 10 of these in the world.

I believe the seller is trying to shill that card because i've seen it listed at least 10 times already.

Possible shilling, plus the design of the SOTT trade card is slightly cooler than the design of the trade card from the OP.
Nonetheless, I think it's a great PC item.
