98-99 Topps Gold Label RED /100 Michael Jordan BGS Results.
While it wasn't quite the grade i was hoping for its still really solid. Surprisingly the centering is what got it. Well in case you haven't figured it out it came back a BGS 9.0. Subgrades were Centering 8.5, Corners 9.5, Edges 9.5, Surface 9.0. BGS 9 is still good for the highest graded copy ever submitted to BGS. Should be available at auction early next week unless i decide to keep it

Wow 8.5 on a card that doesn't have borders??? Come on beckett. Regardless, you're going to bank on that sucker when you do move it.

Congrats on the grade man! Can't wait to see how much this sells for!

Like I told you before, this by far one of MJ's rarest 90's Inserts. Besides the one I bought, nobody else that I know of has ever seen another recorded sell of this card on ebay before.

I should get it in the mail today or tommorrow. Ill post some scans. I was really really surprised at the grade on the centering. I thought about trying PSA for a chance at a 10 but i think i will just stick with the BGS 9. I'm thinking it should bring a pretty penny. I'm a big time 90's collector but not to much of a Jordan collector. Thats where i am torn on whether or not to sell. I am probably going to let it go so i can have more money to take to the national with me. I may try to buy a 97-98 Flair Legacy Jordan with the money. Or a sweet 90's Jordan auto. We will just have to see.

That is super nice. Good looking auto to. I remember when those came out, they were tough pulls(obviously). His newer autos are everywhere but those older ones are tough.

Hey, so i was doing a little bit more research, and I just realized something, this is the ONLY Michael Jordan Topps Insert card from the 90's that's serial numbered to 100.
Here are the other serial numbered Topps cards from the 90's:
1997 Finest Gold Refractor /289
1997 Finest Gold Embossed Die Cut Refractor /74
1997 Finest Embossed Creators Silver Refractor /263
1997 Finest Creators Silver Refractor /1090
