    Whitney for CEO

    I had a Certified redemption that I put in in November of last year. 8 months later, and after talking to a whole bunch of screeching, dung flinging monkeys, I finally get Whitney on the phone.

    My 2(!) replacement cards are on their way- both #'d out of 25 and auto'd.

    Bottom line: If you have a problem, Whitney will take care of it. She KNOWS what she's doing. Panini, give this woman a BIG raise, and then get her to TRAIN the other morons you have manning the phones, and then give her ANOTHER big raise.

    Anyone else had a good experience with Whitney? Put it up here, so that this Panini rep see's it, and their CS department gets better. With out her, that place would probably just spontaneously combust.

    What was your initial redemption for and what are you getting in return. I sent in a red mirror redemption for a freshman fabrics auto in November as well...

    Whitney is da domb. I make a call, get nowhere with some 18 year old sounding girl who doesn thave a clue about anything. I say get Whiteny on the phone. BOOM. my shattenkirk frehsman fabric redemption is replaced and a jeff skinner ff auto arrives to my door fed exed in a week. THANK YOU WHITNEY! I also kept getting the go around about live cards that havent shipped to me yet, talk to her, she goes to the stock room, finds them, says they will be out shortly. Bless this girl. She is trying her hardest there to get things moving out to us. There is just so much one person can do and I really appreciate her handling our cases as fast as she does when we phone. I know she has a billion other things going, processing redemptions and what not. and she probably is managing other people there.
