Question about Ultimate
I opened one pack of Ultimate and it only had 3 cards, plus a decoy. Is this normal?
The pack had a Kovalchuk base, a Cam Fowler Rookie Auto and then a Duo patch of 2 Leafs.

Should have 4 cards per pack. Your other card should have been either another hit or a rookie /399.

if you got a patch, then that would be normal.

Seems odd. I bought 2 boxes both with patches in them but both of them had 4 cards each.

no it wouldn't, there would not be a decoy in the pack.
If you have the box, pack and your receipt, I'd contact UD about this

Make sure to take the pack, box, and receipt back to your LCS or wherever you got it so that you can get help with a QC replacement - UD's really tightened up the rules on this so good luck - hopefully they can make it right with a fourth card for you.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

The decoy was probably meant to be a Redemption and just not stickered. I would contact UD

Not a bad box regardless, nice hit with the Fowler!

The big question is, why is there decoy cards in a product sold in a box? Waste of trees.

Ha ha... good point! Maybe to keep the weights the same... lots of unscrupulous people would bust a case, weigh the boxes, get the case hit and dump the rest on ebay.
