    Team checklist building?

Back in the early 90's there was a hockey annual made out of Canada (I believe it was called charlton?) that listed the team the player was on next to the card information for every hockey card. The beckett annual does not list the team. So, to all the team collectors out there, any suggestions on how to generate a team checklist? Specifically (if by some miracle someone has it buried in a file) I need the Philadelphia Flyers from 68-92. But any idea how to do it would be appreciated.

I bought this very comprehensive Word checklist for the flyers. Includes parallels, memorabilia cards and some obscure stuff as well. Also sends a free update each year although I keep my own now just updating from Panini and UD site. I have only come across one flyer card not on the list.

As a Nordiques collector, I can tell you that building checklist are not easy to do.
Five years ago, I started from scratch, or almost. I went through Beckett listing of every sets and listed cards of players who played with Quebec at the time. I then try to find pictures of said cards (Beckett had some) and cross of my list cards where the player was not in a Nordiques uniform.

I used eBay also, looking for team set from, say, 1982 Nordiques. I compare the listing of the players included in the auction to have on my own list.

Five years later, there are still a few cards on my Wantlist that have the mention (only if in Nordiques uniform).

You can also ask for help from other team collectors. Most of the serious one should have a complete inventory of what they have in hand (like goflyers). This would be the kind of start that I would have dream of!
    I collect the following:
    - Vintage (Stars and RC)
    - 2010-11 ITG Decades (Auto, GU, bases)
    - Stars from the 1980s (in modern sets)
    - Montreal Canadians Legends (bases, inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)
    - Montreal Canadiens actual players (inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)
