    ebay seller question

I bid on, and won, 4 auctions from a guy on eBay (Id is edgort27). I had written him 2 days before the auction ended about combining shipping if multiple auctions were won. He never responded to my e-mails and I figured since everybody else I bought from did, he would too. It wasn't until after the auctions ended did he respond with an invoice and say that he didn't combine shipping. I ended up as high bidder of 4 cards. He is charging $9.50 for shipping.

To me, that is way too much to charge just to mail 4 cards. Should I go ahead and pay it even though he didn't respond to any of my e-mails or tell hiim to keep them and risk possible neg. feedback?
