    Anybody know?

So yesterday I called Panini.....Here's the backstory.

A year ago I put in a request (7/23/2010) for a redemption. It was a Jeff Pendergraph Crown Royale rookie auto. I had almost forgotten it, but I went on Panini's site yesterday to check the status of three of my other redemptions that have been out 6 months.
So when I called the person I talked to was very nice, and very apologetic. She said he never signed for that product, and probably wouldn't (how great huh?). I mean I'm not a Jeff Pendergraph fan by any means..... but I did want to ge tmy card redeemed. So the lady asked me if I wanted to trade it in for another card. I said "Yes please. It's been a year already, and I'd just like to have something for it."
So she asked me to tell her what teams I followed. Of course (as dishonest as it may be) I said "Oh.... the Lakers, Clippers, Mavericks, and Spurs." Hoping that this may score me a nicer card. The woman said before she hung up that I'd have my card in 2-3 weeks (we'll see).

My question is..... how is Panini when sending traded in cards? Do they usually send anything of better value or is it just hit and miss with them? I'm hoping for the best, but I'm expecting the worst...... ya know?

    Any help on this?

    See sp0odini's Items on eBay

They always send with equal value for the most part.
