how do ppl get away with this?
considering bidding on it cause its kinda cool for my collect,but is this legal to do? with the upper deck name on it and all?

I can tell you for sure that the border is Upper Deck Masterpiece. He must be violating some type of copy right law with that.

I would consider like one of those custom logoman or gu cards that people create of like jordan or kobe. The original card is still there in the form of the border but the center has been altered. I would say the seller is walking a thin line but legal.

I am sure it is illegal for him to use that border, but I don't think UD is going to bother doing anything about it. Maybe if he was bringing in 10's of thousands of dollars........
