Question
I had an idea for a custom, but I need some assistance with the idea. I want to be able to put a picture of the player inside a circle, like this example from the 1983 Topps set:

My question is pretty simple; how do I get a picture inside a circle and how do I make the outside lines of the circle thick? I use Photoshop Elements 5 and I have been looking for help on my own online but faild. Now I am hoping I can get some help from the experts here.
Thanks so much,
Mike

I am not sure how close elements is to Photoshop, but In Photoshop I would use the custom shape tool to make the circle, Delete the area out of the circle, and use stroke to put the outline around the circle.

Unless I'm missing something, I was unable to find the custom shape tool in Elements. Any other suggestions?

On the tool bar it is number 4 Just click it and it will give you a few options and custom shapes should be the last one.
