Anyone ever graph at the MLB Fan Cave?
Has anyone ever went to the MLB Fan Cave in NYC and gotten autographs. Tomorrow, Freddie Freeman and Craig Kimbrel will be there and I'd really, really love to get their autographs. I'm a big fan of a bunch of the young players on the Braves, and I'd like to go there and try, but I've never heard of any stories from there. Anyone have any experience?

Whenever I watch that show I think about doing it, but I have never tried. An interesting thing to do might be to TTM the guys there and ask them what's going on. If they are just normal guys who knows they might help you out/hook you up.

I've been paying attention to the schedule to see the next time some player will go, and they only just added Craig and Freddie this morning and they'll be there tomorrow. I'll give it a shot. It doesn't say what time they'll be there though..

I sort of took your advice and put a 21st century spin on it. lol. I got in contact with one of the guys in the Fan Cave on Twitter. He let me know approximately when they'd be coming and said he can't guarantee an auto or a meeting, but he'll do what he can to help me out. Just bought 2 ROMLBs from Modell's and I'm ready to go for tomorrow.

Glad I could help kinda sorta. I got Freeman in Spring Training, but otherwise I might ask for a duplicate if you get it. Since I have him don't worry about it and happy graphing!

Thanks. I actually got Freeman TTM right before he got called up at the end of last season on a Bowman Topps 100 Prospect card. I would definitely like to get this young star on a ROMLB, but I'm most excited for Craig Kimbrel, because he is just an absolute monster with crazy good stuff. Heard good things about him signing IP at stadiums, etc. too. Hopefully it works out well.

Good Job!
That is awesome, old school 'graphing. I am very happy for you.
Was it crowded there? Were Kimbrel & Freeman cool guys?

Thanks. Not too many people waiting outside. Only about 5 or 6 people. Freeman and Kimbrel didn't seem to mind to sign because it was such a small crowd and no one brought multiples. Everyone had either one hat or one ball, etc. Both seemed like pretty nice guys. Very quiet. They didn't say too much except for "thank you" when people congratulated them on their great seasons. Kimbrel saw our small group waiting there and walked right towards us, and Freeman followed once he saw him do that. Everyone ran to Craig, so I went to Freddie, and he didn't really say much, just "Hi" and "thank you" and "no problem". Then he waited for the group to finish with Craig and come to him. Then, I went to Craig and he was slightly more outgoing. He was like "hey buddy", "thanks man", "no problem", and "have a good day y'all". Both were very quiet, but it was really cool of them to come sign for the small group of us there.
