Sport Card Wiki???
I have created a Wiki from my website (which I blew up yesterday
).
I would like to see if there is enough interest in getting this up and running. If so, I would register a domain and host it. Especially for various Cup (Hockey) Card Databases, etc.
Here is a test page for the Crosby Cup RC (nothing much other than a concept)

one more example of what this can be used for

This is something Richard (rgm81) did a while back.
The site is open and you can register. I have added information about how to create a new page.

it loaded for me, but it took awhile... I need to spend time (not sure when) talking with the hosting provider about loading issues.

OK I waited and it loaded. I do like the database of patch cards, it is much needed in the hobby. What are your plans with it, hockey only? Every sport could use it. Kudos for someone taking the initiative

I only started with Hockey as it's what I know the most at this point. However the plan is for all sports and non-sport cards.
edit: the login/registration does work, so if you want to register and play around with it, go for it.
I am going to at some point have a format to how the entries should be done, but this is something that will come over timeLast edited by scottkoz20; 08-04-2011 at 03:19 PM.

This is a really cool idea. I'll help out all I can.
Oh, and I give blood regularly too. :D

Thanks for the donations, means a lot.
If you do decide to register and enter information into the Wiki, please post the links here for the time being. This way I can gather a feel for what others are putting into entries, which will help develop a style guide.
Again, if there is not much interest, I will put this on the back burner.
