    He hasn't signed regularly since 2004, and before that he'd be an ok signer for periods of time. Your best bet is to buy a cert or wait for a signing.

    I sent to him some time ago as well, but dont remember how much he wanted. I do remember what he wanted as a fee was more than I wanted his auto.
