would you be upset
Just wanted to get some other peoples opinion on this:
i purchased some boxes of the 2011 TNA on presale from a very popular web site. I know it went live this week so i sent them a note asking when they expect it to ship and they told me:
"The TNA should be in the warehouse next Tuesday. Unfortunately, our shipment was sent to our guys who are at the National this week in Indianapolis."
So instead of filling orders to customers who have already paid, they have the product sent to the Nationals? They had to ask to have the stuff sent there, right? My first thought was to try to cancel my order, but i dont know what kind of head ache it would be to get my money refunded.
Am i wrong in thinking this is not the way to run a business? You take care of the paying customers first.
THoughts?

there's nothing worse than waiting on a case/some boxes and watching the great pulls get posted up on ebay knowing you won't be pulling those cards for sure. its poor form on their part. the nationals is a big deal and they can probably sell the boxes there with a decent mark up. unfortunately this stuff looks to be sold out many places and would probably be tougher to get if you cancelled your order. i would do what we all have to do when dealing with topps, complain but take it.

bummer on the wait. Do any sites actually have boxes of Signature for sale? I can't find it anywhere.
