Do these cards have any long term investment value?

Only at the right price. There are some solid players but only a couple studs. However limited to 99, you can't argue that they will be hard to find down the road.

When some of these '09, '10, and '11 rookies start dominating and becomes the face of the nba a few years from now, all the panini crap talk will be ignored and collectors will then face the reality that Panini produced these highest end nba licensed true rookie cards out there. Limited to just 130 RAPs per player, these will be hard to come by in the future and If one or two does pop up for sale, it will be expensive, and far in between.

The point of the statement was the rookie class has a lot to do with it and when you start wanting a high end card of the next big thing, it's going to be tough i.e. expensive. The rarity already beats Exquisite. Which was supported when Blake blew up. Anyone know what those were selling for? Without the 03-04 rookie class, Exquisite would have bombed. I have a few Exquisite Rookie Patch Autos that sell for $10 which says no one cares about the product lol. Rookie class means a LOT.Last edited by cgb_orl; 08-06-2011 at 06:45 PM.
