SP GU Lettermarks
I was trying to figure out how the letter "S" appeared on a Bob Clarke Lettermarks when there is no "S" in his name. The I remembered that UD SP Game Used Lettermarks spell out the team name "FLYERS", not the players name "CLARKE".
That got me wondering: Are there any players who could spell out their names using the letters in the team name?Hidden Content

There's assorted Marks out there for the various teams, players, nicknames, and dates of birth.
As to the question, probably.

I have a Cam Ward team marks letter "A" as part of "WARD" the rest is all letter marks.
