Ebay scam! Relisted my cards!!!!
A while back I bought 3 Jordan Staal show stamped cards. I know most dobn't care about them but I have never seen one except for the one I have. Anyways, I contacted the seller and he stated that he wasn't responsible once they left his hands. Well, saw some more Jordan Staal show stamped today and got excited until I realized they were theones I already bought!
I sent the seller a message saying I want my cards. If he doesn't send my cards how do I go about contacting ebay.
Cards were bought May 19, 2011. Maybe he thought I'd forget my own cards?

why havent you opened an ebay dispute? if i havent received my cards within 30 days i send a message to the seller and if i havent received the cards by the 40 day mark i file a claim...unfortunately i just bought an eric staal card from this guy...hopefully he comes through for me

At first I didn't notice. I was just going to ask him to cut me a deal since the first batch went missing. Then I realized I was trying to deal with cards that were already mine!
I didn't leave neg feedback or go for a refund when they didn't arrive because of the postal strike. I figured it was just bad luck.

It's way past. Like I said I didn't want him to suffer because Canada Post went on strike. That's what I get for trying to be nice.

Buy them again then file a dispute saying you never got them a second time. Turnabout is fair play.

It's a bad deal, but I hate scammers. I have a Tom Brady RC Auto hanging out there after 30 days, seller is communicating and claims PO messed up so far. Good luck.

if you buy them a second time and make sure to keep the links to the old auctions...you should get the cards and then file a claim for a refund of the first purchase..nothing wrong with that IMO
