2002-03 BAP Ultimate Memorabilia - RCs?
Because I don't know much about the pre-Cup era, can someone explain the deal with the 2002-03 BAP Ultimate Memorabilia cards and why they're not considered rookie cards by Beckett?
They seem to meet all the criteria:
1. NHL/PA Licensed
2. Print run of 250
3. Regular numbering.
Is it to do with the cards all coming graded by Beckett?
I've noticed the majority of them are graded 9 with seemingly just a few 9.5s. For example, Mike Cammalleri has 220 9's and 30 9.5's. Nothing lower and no 10's. Spezza has 190 9's and 60 9.5's. Out of the 25000 cards in the entire print run of the set, there are only 2 10's.
Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.
