Rick Scott (AP, PP, or Real?)
Hi guys,
Sorry for posting in the normal thread, didn't know a specific place to put this. I need some help from y'all today. I've grown up in the South all of my life and I've always been interested in politics, so I'm currently collecting signatures of politicians that are from or have served in the South. The other day I received a signed photo of the current Governor of my state (Florida), Mr. Rick Scott. Now I know it's hard to get authentic politican signatures (Most of the time you're gonna' get an AP or PP) but I can't tell if this one is legit or not. I tried to look for pictures of Rick's signature online but I couldn't seem to find any! Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Here's the photo-

And a closeup of the signature-

Those dots at the beginning and end of the signature scream autopen...

Darn it! Ah well, still a cool photo. Thanks for the help, it's much appreciated! I'm no expert when it comes to Autopens and Preprints

I too, am not an expert but that's what it looks like... Still could be real as it doesn't have any other auto pen traits

You might have an autopen but it also might be authentic, or at least signed by a human because it appears as if there is different points of pressure throughout his signature. This means that some areas appear to have gotten extra strength behind them, especially at the beginning. Either way, it looks like a good picture for a collection.

I'm not real good detecting these since I don't ever do the celeb/email thing, but other than the dots, it looks good. Some people press hard and stop after each end, so it's tough to tell. Might be easier to tell if it was a Sharpie.
