If I remember I bought a card from him. It was damaged. I sent it back and got a refund minus the shipping. So he got his card back and I was still out a couple bucks, lol.
Class act.

Long and short of it... he won a bunch of my auctions, refused to pay, would not respond to any messages, and then before I could block him started bidding on a fairly high end card. I just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience. Needless to say he is now blocked

I've noticed from his feedback that he has turned into more of a buyer.
Looks like a couple of his selling experiences went sour.
Also his feedback comments left for others has progressively degenerated to simple ok or thanks. That I find important to gauge how your buyer will respond to your transaction.

AH!!! Now I remember!
He bid on a couple of my cards a while back. Never paid for them. I messaged him four times within a two week span, and had no response. So I put it into claim. The claim period passed with no payment, and I was credited my fees.
I would go this route. Just keep notifying that payment is due. If no response then file the claim. If he does the same as with me, he'll just let it go. It hurts his account a bit, but he's gotta be on top of things.

If he gets 3 non paying bidder strikes he is supposed to be suspended! Hopefully that happens soon.
