Need some opinions: TTM c/o stadiums.

Whens the best time to send requests to current coaches/players through team addressees. I've always sent mine in August/September, but is it better to wait until December or so to send? Or does it even matter?

I've have had some successes, but not nearly as many as I'd think., but sometimes I wonder If it's the time I send?

    Any advice is appreciated!

    Thanks!
