Hard to say. I wouldn't count on it as there are quite a few on SCN who haven't gotten a reply at all. Your best bet is to retry with at least $5 per.

I wrote to him last year with a couple photos. I received them signed 7 months later with a note saying he was sorry that he had misplaced them in his office.

I sent to him back on 2/2/11 and I have not gotten nothing back yet. I'm almost ready to call it a failure.

"Concrete Charlie" has been one of our hobby's most generous TTM successes since I can remember. That being said, he obviously gets hit with tons of requests. He always returned items in no more than 3-4 weeks (and even sooner sometimes!). Just remeber, he's 86 years old and his fingers/hand look pretty mangled. Give him a little more time...

Not only the dealers, but remember they guys 86 years old... I'm sure theres some days the guy just wants to relax. I've gotten him, that was a few months back prior to his last hospital visit. I'd say it will come back, but who knows...

i have had a chance to meet chuck he is nice but the hands thing is true they were bent in ways u couldnt even imagine .... so it may tak a little with all the request that he cramps up
