Panini Replacements

Just pulled a Priemere date sigs from crown royale of Jason Spezza. Got a message saying If they cant fill it in 4 months they will replace...Anyone else had this situation and what are there replacements like?

They are terrible fr trying to get a replacement from. I got a Fowler redemption in their first product of the year which is still not done and have been trying for 2 months to get it replaced and no response yet

game8, if you're talking about the freshman fabrics signatures redemptions they will be made some time soon according to panini. I was told earlier this month that they should be out by next month - they cited issues with the jerseys and he autos.

This may be the case but i am of the thinking if it is not ready within a certain timeline (4 months as given by the company) i should be able to request a replacement and get it accordingly. The facts that all of my requests to replace have been ignored has soured me on paninni products and it will be awhile before i buy any more including singles.

They won't try to replace it after 4 months unless you are proactive about it...they will just let it sit unfulfilled. The only three redemptions I have had with Panini have taken 7 months, 8 months, and 10 months to fulfill.

Have you ever called? I have had Since Panini put the first product of the year out a total of 67 redemptions with them, and have had 0 Issues, to date and i have broken a little of all there products im waiting on a Mike Green Mirror Gold Auto /25 From Certified, a Back to the Future Auto of Tavares/Bossy I believe? and a Bobby Clarke Auto from Limited...

Just Call and be sensible, some people wanna act crude to CS right away forgetting that those same CS reps are the ones handling your cases...

I'd ask for a replacement immediately, or wait until the cows come home.

it takes a year or longer to get your replacement from panini everyones best bet is just to sell off the panini redemptions Im still waiting for my redemption replacement and its already been 11 months going on a year in 2 weeks PANINI SUX

A few years back I opened a box of ud series 1 (07-08) and pulled a Kimmo Timmonen auto redemption, sent it in and was sent an older SPA Mike Modano auto, don't remember the exact year 01 or something like that. I was less than impressed but when I called Upperdeck the guy tried to make it sound like I got 1 hell of a deal. I disagree but whatever. They obviously just replaced the Timmonen with whatever they had laying around.

edit: alright the above story had nothing to do with Panini just thought I'd share my experience.
