Well here is a first for SCF. Our first boxing card review. The overall design of the subset we pulled which make up the base set are good. Everything looks crisp, clear, and seem to have that glossy look. For the price though one pack doesn't get you far to complete just the base set. The turkey red cards have a unique design with the portrait type photo and the red border, with another red solid border around that, maybe a little too much red there? The dual Battles gu card is pretty cool as it has the date of the fight, if the pieces of trunks are from the actual fight date it's pretty cool to know actually which fight they came from! The autograph is set as another portrait type looking card with a light border. The tape mark with the name in that really stands out and the dark black auto underneath that really stands out.

Overall a really entertaining product but on the price point of $100+ for only 8 cards which will only give you 1relic and 1 auto it may only grab that high end type collector to bust them open to look for that big name fighter. Once again, I'd like to thank our wonderful sponsors at Creative Cardboard Concepts for giving us the opportunity to open and review this release.
