last week
On Sunday August 7 my wife and decide to pack the car and decide to drive for the south of the border exactly one
of the most beautiful region(personnal impression) of the east coast in the middle of the Bruin's territory ....Cape Cod
...so at we left at 5.30 am and vroom vroom vroom Cape Cod here we come....oups we have to turn around we forgot
to pack the 2 kids , i knew it was to quiet in the car....after a long drive due to construction around Boston and 1 big
storm we finally arrive (after 12 hrs normaly 7 to 8 hrs).... i will tell you that place that we all sit on where the sun
don't shine was killing me.....on Monday after a good night sleep i decided to take a walk to my favorite sport cards
store on the Cape Past Time Cards & Collectibles on rte 28 in West Yarmouth my good friend Tom (the owner)
was their and was really happy to see me but not happy to see what I was wearing (My Hab's hat and T-shirt)...
I'm telling you on the way their driver were saluting with one finger and yelling at "Love you"
but I did not know that love was starting with the letter "F " .... Ok let's go back to my story .....I did not buy nothing the first trip....
On the second trip i bought some cards but no hit....so decide to have a look at all the binders in the store to see
if i could find few thing.....i did find some nice Sakic for my son PC....some hab's for my daugther PC on 3rd trip ,
I decided to buy the Panini Set All goalies of Panini (Hit Stopper sweater Peter Budaj) plus 2 pack of victory
(Hit MVP Rookie Marcus Kruger , Evgeni Malkin and Victory rc Cam Talbot and J-P Levasseur).....
Did not hit nothing i even open few pack of Topps Allen & Ginter's 2011 (Hit few RC and 1 mini black)
One think i can tell you if you ever go down to Cape Cod go see my good friend Tom and tell him that Jack from Montreal say Hi for me.........

So THAT's where you went.
I'm sure that they were screaming "Love you". The accent in the maritimes is a little hard to understand and someone told me that their "l" sounds like an "f". I got the same treatment when I wore my habs jersey down there. Its a very friendly place.
Cheers,
reoddai
