Would like some opinions on a patch

Can someone lmk if this tag is even part of an actual NHL jersey? Also, just to make a point on a comment someone made earlier, as far as baseball, basketball, and football cards, you did see the tags on the earlier cards that were not tag cards. Its all part of the jersey that got cut up and put into the card. It just happens that they actually have tag cards now. I would assume that would be the same for hockey. I seen an earlier tag card that was a high numbered jersey card recently and cant remember where or what it was. Maybe Titanium?
