Insider Sports Deals
A few nice items I picked up from them (and I didn't pay over $20; not counting postage):
"Slinging" Sammy Baugh

"The Kansas Comet" Gale Sayers

Bill Walton & "The Wizard of Westwood" John Wooden

I like the site but a lot of times can't bring myself to pay 11.99 shipping charges

They definately are high on the postage rate but all the ones I listed were $8.99 per (Wooden & Walton were shipped together for $8.99). I did pay $11.99 for the 16x20 of Pete Rose (it came in a tube). Let's face it, they "gig" you for S&H just like most of the guys try to on eBay... I refuse to buy a card on eBay for $1.00 and then pay $3.00 for S&H!Last edited by lizard-jd; 08-20-2011 at 03:18 PM.

I subbed about a month ago. I almost bought the Baugh, Sayers, AND Wooden, but I decided against all three. I did buy the Pete Rose 30x40 though, that finally shipped on Friday. I didn't really take into account how big 30x40 really is, it's freaking huge. Gonna look nice though, and for $40, I'd be crazy to pass on it.

These guys are great. I bought the B&W Pete Rose "First Game" 16x20 photo. Such a great looking photo. Well when I got it, it came in a tube and looked like it had been stepped on during shipping. Part of the tube was crushed and when I unrolled the photo, sure enough there were damage marks in 3 different places. I sent the company an email with photos of the tube and poster and they told me I could send my poster back for a new one. Less than 10 days later, I rec'd a large flat package and they had sent me another one free of charge. without me even returning the other one. Great company to deal with!

I've purchased items from them twice. A Willie Mays 16x20 ($99) and a pair of Bob Cousy cancelled checks. The checks don't look great, but I couldn't be happier with the Mays!
