As far as a straight sale goes, I've spent more on a Josh Gorges card than I ever did on a Carey Price card. Would have been the Ice Premieres Patch /10. Got it as part of a lot of nice Gorges cards but the guy was looking for $175 for it.

1 single card...$99 for my 10-11 Certified Fabrics of the Game die cut Ryan Miller 'SABRES" patch /10.

However, I paid for my 06-07 SP Game Used Ryan Miller Name Plate (6 cards) all at once...$450.

I bought a Maurice Richard rc for $3800. Nicest condition I have ever seen

I kept it for years and had to sell it for unexpected reasons . Sold for $4600 to a then member of the Canadiens alumni.

Bought this recently. One of the cornerstones of my PC.

Paid upwards of $500 + for it. (haha, not revealing price atm).

I'm really cheap, most I've ever spent on a single card was $35 shipped (or around that) for this:

Ultimate Patch Auto /10. I'm curious if anyone can beat my lowest "highest price" paid.

It wasn't hockey but I paid $850 for the Ken Griffey Jr UD 20th Anniversary BuyBack Auto Rookie. Only 89 were made, and people went nuts for them.
