There are several 9.5's on BIN/OBO on ebay for less than $7,000, so I would say thats not a real good deal. And this one only pulled $3800

So I would say if you dropped $7000 on that card from your buddy, that you would be getting a raw deal.

Yea, the past have only sold for 3,850, 5,913 (with a 10 sub), 4,650, and 4,000 so i'd say no. The only 9.5 in the past 2 years to sell for over 7,000 sold for 13,000 and that's because it's .5 away from being a BGS 10

9.5 x4 is roughly a $4300-$4800 card. Best of luck.

I'm really looking into the card so I guess I'll have to look at ebay little harder

There are lots of deals out there in this economy, so don't stretch on a price like that. It's a sweet card, but you could get two of them for a bit more than his asking price.

Though it's good you're looking at buying a classic!
I'm always looking to trade cards for original Nintendo (NES) games. Always looking for 86-87 Fleer basketball - even commons - the more, the better :) Also, when sending cards out, please make certain the cards are well-protected and well-packaged.

    See tristanrules's Items on eBay

The higher graded Jordan Rookie cards lose value fast. Stick to a 8-9

The thing is the quantity of 9.5s keeps going up, and greater supply = lower demand

    Bad deal...
as many people have said, $3500-$4500 seems to be the fair price
