    TTM via Outdoor Concert

    There is a band I'm interested in and I heard of concerts passing on mail but thats via the venue but this is a an outdoor concert and its way too expensive for me to go IP just to see them play one song. Its in a park which has an office, what are the chances the office passing on the mail to the band?

    As an experienced VV collector, I tend to stray away from outdoor arena requests, however, sometimes things are worth the few dollars a request takes!

    FT Island, they're a band from Korea which my girlfriend got me hooked. I would try to get them IP but there's already people on forums asking for airport and hotel info.
