Looking for fair offers. I will not accept an offer that is too low nor will I let you stump your toe on an offer that is too high (if that makes any sense).

ok... i don't follow Rivers pricing at all, so pls allow me to proclaim that i'm both ignorant and dumb, but i'm interested in this card, so we can do this quickly or slowly ... up to you ... lol

i did some work as suggested, and found ...

- a listing of similar patch for $1,700+ w/o any offers, an indication that the seller is smoking something that might also want ... lol

- a listing for $595 w/ a few offers but not sold, so i used this as my reference point of "still high" ....

- yours has a nicer patch, so i say $595 "could" be the "selling price" you have in mind

- but then you put an emphasis on its BGS 9 condition, so i thought you might want $650-$675 for it

- but then seller of the other card indicated that there's a pretty good chance of his card getting GEM MINT 9.5 (a possible $2000 SV, imo), yet his card still doesn't sell at $595 causing me to deduct a modest $100 off of the guestimated $650 price for your card, making it $550-575 FV (fair value)

- if only i know its BV, i can factor it in to determine a price that i can comfortably make an offer... usually 35-40% BV is fair price, so i've heard ...

- if you take away a modest 10% ebay fee, we might be looking at $500

- if you take away 3.5% pp fee 'cause i'm considering paying you gift, we might be talking $485 shipped/dlvd

Since i don't have BV nor any Ebay past sales data to further enhance my research, i can only uncomfortably conclude that $485 may be the magic #... Since you were generous enough to give us some sort of indicator of how close or far we get w/ our offers, i'd like to take advantage of it ...

eventhough you're also nice enough to not letting us over bid, i'd like to play safe (like i said there are missing elements of both the BV and Ebay past sales data) and make a low staring offer that i'm more comfortable with and work my way up ...

i'd like to hereby make a starting offer of $300 ... pls kindly lmk
if i don't hear from you within a few hours, i'd assume you were too busy laughing or crying, for that matter, ... LOL, then i'll automatically increase my offer w/ an increment of $10 until you stop laughing .. or crying LOL

or better yet, plmk what your ballpark figure?
