What to do about the bulge…

I want to “protect” my card in a one-touch – I have a 100pt holder and one for 130pt. The card I have fits nicely in the 100pt, but because the jersey piece (seam) bulges out a bit, I am concerned about pressing down on that area of the cards surface. So do I go with the 130pt…even though the card might be a bit loose still? What do other people do? (And yes, I could use a top loader….)
