That thing is so confusing I still can't find the trade I'm looking for.

I did it with an option that is only available for staff. All you have to do is check your list & click on "Awaiting User's Confirmation". You haven't confirmed that trade yet. You need to confirm it & then both of you need to complete it. Once it is completed, a link to leave him feedback will appear & it will have the Trade ID & details automatically put into the feedback.
