Need Help identifying this Steve Young

Appears to be a UD Diamond Edition 1 of 1, according to what I can read on it. Can't find any info on the set.

If im not mistaken it's an aftermarket card ......I think i have seen these on ebay its just a regular card and someone put that 1/1 Diamond stamp in it!!!

You correct its an aftermarket card. These type of cards carry no premium at all. According to Beckett they are altered and carry no value only to the person who owns it.
