Hey, I'm new to TTMs and have only done a few within Canada (I'm from Canada). Now I'm looking to send some to the US. My question is, if i am sending an 8x10 photo, will I need a customs declaration sticker on the main envelope and the SASE envelope? Or are no customs declaration stickers needed? I believe I've read that they are not needed for standard letter envelope, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, on a standard letter envelope SASE, i will need 3 .44 cent stamps correct? Or is 2 enough? I plan on sending only 1 4x6, but i figured that 3 stamps would be safer than 2 just in case the player adds cards/photos of their own.
