    ok some people think that the cards are RCs, i say theyre not
    so i propose this

    I will bet anyone $5 that they ARE NOT RCs!

    Yup they are not rookies because they are not aproved by the nba and are considerd colledge/high school cards.

    well, they are approved because theyre UD
    it just they make no mention of the NBA team, and are therefore not NBA cards
