Panini comes through!!!!.......somewhat.

Long story short, I ordered and opened a case of 09/10 Panini HOF about 10 months ago. The case had neither of the advertised case hits being the Dream Team auto or Cut auto. I sent in all the stuff they asked for and opened a quality assurance claim the very same day I opened the case 10 months ago, and FINALLY today I got a response. They told me that they don't have any replacements or extras from 09/10 HOF, but they will send me a box of it. I don't think it's a comparable replacement compared to either of the case hits so I asked them to throw in any Orlando Magic patch along w/ the box (which I truly feel is fair) and they told me they will send the 2 items out this week. It was a loooooooong wait, but at least they finally responded and are sending me something. To all of you out there waiting on a Panini redemption miracle, please be strong and use this story as a sign of hope )

Sounds like you got the short end of the stick there. A 10 month wait and all they're gonna do is give you an extra box of a now old product and a magic patch that for all you know could be marcin gortat. You spent good money on that case and in my opinion panini should be taking care of there customers a bit better. I think what they're giving you know would have been better if they would have taken care of you in a more timely manner.

Yeah I agree about the rough replacement. . . A dream team auto can buy at least 2-3 boxes possibly more. The cut auto could have been worthless though. . . (I'm not sure who was on their cut checklist). It seems like after a year and some, Panini is showing that they're really no different than the other card companies.

At the current rates, an average Dream Team auto can buy you six HOF boxes lol. More if it's Pippen, less if it's Mullin.
