ITG Customer Service Question

I bought a hobby box of 06-07 BTP and pulled my memoribilia card, but no auto. I checked the backs and fronts of all decoys and all my base cards to see if it was stuck but didnt find one. Now, on the box it clearly says find a memoribilia card 1:20 packs and find a auto card 1:16 packs. Its a 24 pack box so i definitely shoudl have got one. I never have contacted ITG before regarding issues because I never have had any problems with their stuff. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them, and did they get something as a replacement in return? I would love to know. Thanks!

I do not have a 06-07 box in my collection but I do have a 2008-09 BTP from ITG and on the side of the box IN SMALL LETTER :) it say:

**Ratio are based on the entire production and are not garranteed in any one box or case.

All ratio are witten like this on the box:

[1:16 PACKS**] refering to the ratio phrase with the double star.

Also some tend to say autograph card, they tend to stick to other card but seem you check for this. But ratio are never garranteeded no matter what company it is. They all have the small letter notice.

Check both side as on my box it's on one side only but they also mention ratio on the other side of the boxe where they show a other small notice. Again that is 2008-09 BTP not 06-07 BTP.

*each pack contains 4 cards plus one game-used memorabilia or one he shoots-he saves redemption card.

Email them. The worst they're going to do is say "sorry, we can't help you".

I don't have an empty box of their product on hand, but I'm about 99.99999% sure that it doesn't gaurentee anything, anywhere. They tell you what the ratios are (and your ratios sound right) so normally you should get 1 auto (at least) in one of those boxes. Sometimes though, the boxes don't always yeild the stated odds.

ITG is no different in this respect than UD or Panini. Nobody gaurentees anything, they simply state the odds, and most of the time boxes will meet that.

Like I said though, shoot them an email.... if they won't do anything about it, you're out the 5 minutes it took to send them an email... and who knows, maybe they will?
