What set are you collecting?

I know I made a post like this a while ago but that was then and this is now and a lot more sets came out. Just curious on what sets your collecting and how its going along so far.

Im collecting 2005 Topps 50th Anniversary Football
Nice Challenge with 1371 Base and Inserts.

Im collecting 2005 Donruss Elite Football Turn of the Century Auto Rookie Set. So far I only have 5, so it's definitely gonna be costly and take time, but im hoping by the time I go home for Winter Break I will have atleast 75% completed.. So if anyone has any come trade with me :)

Thats the fun thing of collecting a set, the time it makes to build it. When you complete it, you will be very happy and happy you put all the time into it.

I am collecting the 2005 Donruss Elite RC's. All 100. So far id say i have about 60 of them - including the Alex Smith QB Error card and also the Frank Gore Error RC. Couple months and I should have all of them. By the way Crawford, i have plenty of base and a toploader, if you are interested.

Great thread ... not enough people collect sets anymore .. we are a dying breed. What Crawfordfan said is dead-on. It is such a great feeling of accomplishment when you finally finish a set you've been working on for a long time.

Here are some of mine (all baseball only):

2003 Leaf Limited - Only need 2 more cards to complete this set. Not bad considering a pack costs $100 and comes with 4 cards. Every base card is seriel numbered to 999 and alot of the veterans are numberes to 399 (I think)

2003 UD Finite - Again every card is seriel numbered in this set and I am trying to get one of everything that is not game used.

2002 Studio - Base set is almost complete (need 4 more) and I am currently trying to complete all of the non-game used inserts

2002 Leaf R+S - Base set is complete, still need a few veteran SP's and non game used statistical standouts

2001 Donruss Signature - This is a gorgeous set that I need about half of the base cards from.

There are others but are my main concerns right now .... if anyone thinks they can help, please view my webpage in my signature. I'm not buying unless a really good deal comes along, but I will trade for anything I need.

I'm not a set collector, mostly just player collector (Brett Favre), but I am trying to get all 10 cards of the 2000 Dominion Characteristics insert set.

I will be going for the 2001 EX Football Master Set... Gonna save a little and get 2 boxes to start the collection. Hopefully the boxes will complete the base set.
