08-09 OPC Parallels

Just spent about 1/2 hour trying to determine if I have OPC Gold or Metal X cards. I checked the Sticky post (above) which provided alot of great information, but didn't find my answer. Unsure of the "mountains". However, I did notice another difference between the two that, as far as I know, hasn't been mentioned.

On one card, the border (team color), the circle around the team logo, and the outline of the player have an embossed look giving them a raised appearance.
On the second card the border, circle and player outline appear flat and on the same level as the rest of the card.

Top Row: Close up of "embossing". In the first picture you can clearly see the embossing where the players stick meets the border and the top of the circle with the devils logo. You can especially see the it in the second picture in the red line by the player's head and around the player's visor.

Bottom Row: Images appear flat with no hint of embossing
