So I have a Ed Belfour redemption at Panini (since April) and a Jonathan Toews (Since March)... I see both players have autos in Dominion and both are LIVE... So where are my cards? So I asked them that very question on their Facebook page and the post was removed instantly (I guess they didn't want their 1,072 fans to see it)... I wasn't rude about it or didn't even swear (Kinda wish I did now)... This hobby just isn't the same anymore... Everyone wants your money but customer service is out the window.. Don't get me started on UD and my PK Subban SPx auto/jersey that I redeemed back in February...

I just needed to vent.

You should probably try calling customer service instead of posting on Facebook, the people who run the Facebook and Twitter and all that aren't customer service specialists, they are marketing people.

I know Eddie just got done signing a bunch of stuff which is why it was live in Dominion.

Depending on the type of card, the Toews may have just arrived for autos and they either have to build the card or get them prepared. Packout for Dominion was only 1-2 weeks ago.

I have seem some of the Toews on eBay before, it's the Certified Champions one. That's actually the reson why I bought the redemption card because I saw the live card so I figured I wouldn't have to wait too long.. Joke's on me I guess...

CS might not be able to do a whole lot. Panini just randomly has issues like this. For example, I pulled an Ovechkin Mirror Gold sticker autograph redemption out of Certified. During the 9 months of me waiting for Ovie to sign the stickers, which I eventually asked for a replacement for, Panini was able to release on card autos of Ovechkin in Contenders and I believe one other product.

I put in for 2 football replacements 2 months ago online. Then I called them 30 days ago about the replacement request. I even told them I would take equal value in hockey cards. Iwas told this would be fixed within 2 days..... as of yet, nothing happening.
